    Perfect for smaller celebrations with up to ~50–70 guests or a more minimal floral footprint. This tier covers key pieces like bouquets, ceremony flowers and a tailored tablescape — all designed in our airy, garden-inspired style with intentional movement and heart.

  • Signature Weddings

    $5,000–$8,000

    Our most popular level for weddings with about ~80–150 guests. This covers the full floral experience: bridal and party bouquets, ceremony arrangements, cocktail hour florals, and reception centrepieces. Thoughtful, expressive florals created with your vision in mind — without compromising on ease or elegance.

    $8,000+

    For when you’re dreaming big and want florals everywhere — full installations, luxe textures and maximum impact. Ideal for 150+ guests or when you want every space to feel floral-filled. Our full-service, high-design offering, tailored for beauty, emotion and a wow factor that’s deeply you.

Our Process

1. Submit Inquiry

Start by filling out our inquiry form. We’ll review the details and confirm availability for your date. If we’re a match, we’ll move on to the fun part — dreaming up your florals!

2. Follow-Up

We’ll send a quick email with any missing info we need to start conceptualizing your design and a booking link to schedule your first consultation.

3. Consultation & Design Proposal

We’ll meet virtually to chat through your vision, colour palette, and all your wedding dreams. From there, we’ll create a detailed custom proposal — complete with design notes, mood board, and pricing tailored to you.

4. Review Custom Proposal

Take your time reviewing your proposal — it’s just the first draft! We’ll fine-tune it together as your plans come together. Need a quick call to go over changes? No problem at all.

5. Secure Your Date

Once you’re happy with your proposal, we’ll make it official with a service agreement and 20% deposit. That locks in your date on our calendar so we can start planning all the floral details 🌸

6. Final Details Meeting

About 4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet again to go over everything from bouquet count to ceremony setup. This is when we confirm final numbers, colours, and updates — and your final balance will be due.

7. Wedding Day

The day we’ve all been waiting for! Our team will follow the timeline and floral plan we’ve outlined, handling every detail with care and intention. This is our favourite part — seeing your vision come to life in full bloom ✨

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?

We are located in Crystal Beach, Ontario and service the entire Niagara/Hamilton region. Reach out for travel as we do weddings all over Ontario & beyond.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?

We recommend reaching out 8–12 months before your wedding date. Popular dates (especially spring and fall weekends) fill quickly, and we take a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every couple gets our full attention.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM INVESTMENT FOR WEDDINGS?

Our wedding floral services typically begin at $4,500, with most couples investing between $6,500–$9,000 for full-service floral design. Every event is unique, and your final total will depend on your guest count, floral style, and the scope of your design.

DO YOU OFFER SMALLER WEDDING PACKAGES OR ELOPEMENTS?

Yes! We love intimate celebrations. For weddings requiring fewer floral elements or a simpler setup, our Intimate Collection is a perfect fit (available on select dates or during off-season months).

CAN WE MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?

Absolutely. We understand that details evolve as your planning progresses. We’ll refine and finalize everything during your Final Details Meeting, usually about four weeks before your wedding day.

DO YOU DO FLORALS FOR EVETNS OTHER THAN WEDDINGS?
